Manny Puertas is the Vice President of Customer Success – SaaS for ShipHero. Puertas is responsible for overseeing our software customer support team, finding, training and enabling great people. His leadership style is focused on providing what his teammates need in order for them to do their best work. He is excited about the ever-accelerating pace of technology that has greatly reshaped our business and will continue to do so, increasing global reach and expanding the potential to meet and help more and more customers. His hobbies include “Ham Radio,” an amateur radio discipline with a wide network of hobbyists throughout the world. He is also a Freemason and participates in their activities as often as he can.
